Selection trade-offs deserve an explicit decision

Centralized or distributed?

Centralized panels simplify unified strategy and equipment-growing zone access. Distributed devices improve zone flexibility and local fault isolation. Floorplate scale, riser topology and service staffing determine which advantage matters more.

Efficacy or visual comfort?

Maximizing lm/W can lower connected load, yet optic choices that control UGR and protect color quality may be more important in occupied spaces. Record the priority rather than treating one metric as universally dominant.

Integrated or serviceable?

Integrated electronics support compact details and coordinated thermal design. Replaceable drivers and control modules can reduce disruption over an L70 service horizon. Access, warranty and spare strategy belong in the comparison.
